Inline CSS in admin templates

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Textpattern 4.4.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Not a defect, but there is still a *lot* of inline CSS hard-coded into the 
admin area of Textpattern. This makes it very inflexible for admin theme 
authors to customise the look without having to resort to !important rule 
overrides (and in some cases makes it virtually impossible to override at all).

I've amended a few here to use the external style sheet instead...
