r4547 breaks partials on the Write panel #309

r4547 breaks partials on the Write panel. For instance recent article's heading 
just disappears on refresh.

I mean, it replaces any UL list inside of it. It the list has nested list it 
replaces those lists again and again since the main list doesn't have an unique 
identifier.
