Language string missing for 'textfilter_help'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Textpattern 4.6-dev, r4627 or previous
2. Install/update 'English (Great Britain)' language pack (currently time 
stamped 07 Nov 2012 12:16:26)
3. Go to Write tab.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- I expect to see 'Textile help'. I see 'textfilter_help'.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- 4.6-dev, r4627.

Please provide any additional information below.
- I presume this is down to 4.6 provisionally having support for additional 
markup/text filters aside from Textile. Regardless, on a default install with 
no additional filters the string is missing from the default language file.

We normally add new language strings towards the end of the development cycle 
just in case things change between now and release. Once a string is added to 
the RPC server it's more hassle to remove it/rename it than it is to live with 
the ugly strings for a while until things stabilise.

Sometimes though we add strings as we go. Just depends on the dev or how things 
are progressing. All we can say with certainty is that it'll be added at some 
point prior to release, so pretend it reads fine for now :-)
