Integrate Textile 2.5 to Textpattern #338

Textile 2.5 contains some changes that need to be looked into. Basically we 
must write a wrapper interface for it.

Todo;

- Introduce a wrapper for Textile (e.g. txpTextile() that returns a new 
instance).
- Deploy that wrapper anywhere Textile is used.
- Drop in v2.5 and update wrapper to set the new configuration options.
- Done.
