"Sort" attribute in <txp:page_title>? #350

At present, the tag <txp:page_title> gives a pair of informations, and the 
"Site Name" is always the first one, e.g.: “Your site name : Category 
title”. But, for reasons of SEO, it can be better to put the site name at the 
end of the title. So that…

Could you please include an attribute "sort" to this tag, e.g. sort="section, 
category, title, site_name" (as <a 
href="http://forum.textpattern.com/viewtopic.php?pid=269092#p269092">argued 
here</a>)?
