In the current dev branch, lot of interactive elements are on the left part of 
the pages.
Probably you are a left hand user as 9 % of a population.
I suggest to place all elements on center of pages, so you can enjoy everybody.

Some examples: buttons, checkboxes etc. (for all themes).

We are moving to modal windows for a lot of editing tasks as part of the 4.6 
work, so this request is redundant.
