Visual feedback/confirmation when changing section_default #384

In British English: Presentation, Sections, Default publishing section drop 
down.

When selecting a different default publishing section, there is no visual 
confirmation that it has been applied. This is a little more confusing with the 
lack of 'OK' or 'Confirm' button or visible browser refresh.

I propose a confirmation/notification in line with other admin-side actions.
