Atm, these 2 links are wrapped in a <p> width class .nav-tertiary only.
Semantically it is similar to the paging links on listing panes
(articles/images/files/…
This allows for Theme authors to style those two links independently of styling
for the more generic .nav-tertiary. Or at least it makes it easier (instead of
doing silly things like: #supporting_content .nav-tertiary a {}), and more
generic.
