Installing the application is canceled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open a store, find a Chrome toolbar and see the inscription
"Installing the application is canceled, because it is not supported on your 
computer." Install button is not active. When you sync with your account does 
not load extension (in case you reinstall the browser).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
23.0.1271.64 m
