Adding the Schema normalized feature to julie

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We use the "normalize" option of kafka when we publish schemas to the registry

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to have one of :

• an option for the command line to normalize schema (not the best one)
• an option in the clientConfig file (good but not best)
• an option in the topology descriptor like : (best one, cause usable by schema)

  - schemas:
        value.schema.file: "schema/testschema.avsc"
        value.compatibility: "BACKWARD"
        value.normalize: "true" #default "false"

Describe alternatives you've considered Our current alternative is to not send our schema to the registry with Julie and using the old method after topic publication
