Fix for ideaMaker EXCLUDE_OBJECT_DEFINE position in gcode #30

This is a really easy fix to permit the use of KAMP with ideaMaker slicer. Basically I' ve moved the EXCLUDED_OBJECT_DEFINE just after the first non comment in gcode file.
