Update kite_feeds.json for Vermont news #28

We’re a rural region, so many of the best news sources publish only weekly. All the sources I’ve added are reputable and active.

Ah, pity. There are only two or three other reputable news sources here, and I wasn’t able to find RSS feeds for them. I’ll take another look, but maybe we just don’t have enough volume. I’ll submit another pull request if I’m able to find more.
