I don't know if it works yet.

It depends on .NET framework 4.0 though.

I don't know how useful this would be to the average user (aside from WMI), 
especially if it's dependent on native .NET 4.

Powershell might be very popular.

But maybe we should have separate powershell1, powershell2, etc. verbs
rather than a kitchen sink.  Assuming any of them work.

I don't know if it depends on native .NET or if Mono works too.

PowerShell is growing in popularity as Windows admins realize the power it and 
want automation.
Also it is needed to run stuff like Chocolatey.

I don't know if there are any standalone downloads of PowerShell without the 
kitchen sink.
