Directplay fails to registry native dlls #398

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. winetricks directplay

The following snip-it highlights registring of the buultin DLL instead of the 
native version.
....
Executing wine regsvr32 dplayx.dll
Successfully registered DLL dplayx.dll
Executing wine regsvr32 dpnet.dll
Successfully registered DLL dpnet.dll
Executing wine regsvr32 dpnhpast.dll
fixme:dpnhpast:DllRegisterServer :stub
^^^^^^
>> Registry builtin dlls.

Using native override for following DLLs: dplayx dpnet dpnhpast dpwsockx
Executing winetricks_early_wine regedit 
C:\windows\Temp\_directplay\override-dll.reg

Should the DLL override happen before the register?
