Ukrainian text in change settings dialogue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open winetricks gui
2. select "select the default wineprefix" option
3. select "change settings" option

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The text in the titlebar should be "The current prefix is <path/to/prefix>"

and the text above the bit that says Settings and Title should be in English-GB 
not Russian

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Wine: 1:1.7.18-0ubuntu1~saucy1
winetricks: 0.0+20140302-0ubuntu2

above packages obtained from http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-wine/ppa/ubuntu/

O/S: Linux Mint 16 Petra 64bit
Kernel: 3.11.0-12-generic #19-Ubuntu SMP Wed Oct 9 16:20:46 UTC 2013 x86_64 
x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Please provide any additional information below.

attached is 2 screenshots that best describe the problem

AFIK the problem only affects the "Change settings screen"

Ah, I see the issue now. Not sure what's happening, looks like we're defaulting 
to Ukrainian instead of English for some reason, I'll try to make some time to 
investigate.

i can confirm the problem also occurs on winetricks (i386) on Ubuntustudio 
14.04 (default wine 1.6 installation)
