Finalization of game UI #56

Finalized the UI for playing the game. The list of commits should provide a good overview of what was done. But here the gist:

  1. Startpage has some engaging images
  2. Alignment of images and buttons
  3. Loading animation for loading a lobby and waiting for players
  4. Loading animation for loading a game
  5. Loading animation when waiting for image generation
  6. Definitions for responsive behavior
  7. Added logo and favicon
  8. Encapsulated Buttons to it's own component
  9. Submit on pressing "Enter" key
