Names in BirdNET_GLOBAL_6K_V2.4_Labels_zh are mostly error or not translated into Chinese, this pr translated names to Chinese according to IOC 14.2(https://www.worldbirdnames.org/new/ioc-lists/master-list-2/)

Thanks for your contribution, because of some refactoring, I added the file in #473.
