Scale stroke-width #467

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Resize an object
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Stroke-width appears to scale as you shrink the object, but once resizing
is finished, it resets to the width it was initially. Perhaps their should
be a toggle button for "scale stroke width", something like Illustrator's
"Scale Strokes and Effects".

In what browser did you experience this problem? (ALL, Firefox, Opera 10
Alpha, etc)
Only tested in FF

Please provide any additional information below.
