feature request convert into grayscale #468

Not urgent and no idea if it is easy

I think in the next years svg graphics also been more and more used to do
scientific drawings/plots.

paper plots of powerfull graphics are more expensive than grayscale 

so my whish is about a plugin to convert rgb color to rgb grayscale or for
the cmyk modell (not sure what is used now)

This is possible with SVG Filters.  See "Grey Scale" here
