Lines should have a 'node edit' mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Draw a diagonal line
2. Try to move an end-point of the line to make it horizontal

When clicking on a line that is already selected, it should go into the
node-edit mode that paths have so that I can move each end-point.

This has been annoying to me since paths were introduced :)

While it's not very intuitive, you can do what you want, with the current 
interface. 

1)Select the diagonal line.
2)Grab the corner of the selection box corresponding to the endpoint you want 
to move
3)Drag it to where you want it to be
4)Release.

Yes, I know :)

It's also possible to convert the line into a path as well.

I want the intuitive interface that doesn't change the line's semantics :)
