Tobias implemented Backend-Logic. Vagrant runs now smoothly with the Backend. Added bower for client-side dependencies.

Current version (6182392) runs at my local maschine. @TrAnn3l maybe install.md should be updated? Or up to date? +1 for merge if it is up to date -> everybody has same environmen.
