Approved. So for meetup,

we would like each attendee to receive from 5 to 10 KLAY once (used as gas money to try out the chain)
coffee budget will be covered by us (up to $70-ish, plus $10 or so)
take photos and post on social media, comment here the links to claim.

You should open a new issue for each meetup by the way, that way, i can assign each payout with each issue (for tracking).
