Essentially this lets you rotate parts in-editor. Hold "I" and press A or D to rotate left or right. This has zero effect on rotation drag and is done independently.
Is this useful? I'd say so! If you want to do something like have multiple expressions/poses via costumes, it makes it easier! However, I feel like there should be something else for that, but I don't have the time to code that at the moment. Also, just generally being able to rotate parts is a net positive I'd say.
Known "Issue": Moving the origin while a part is rotated causes some odd behavior, but that's just due to moving a rotation origin of something that's already rotated. There isn't really too much you can do about that. Besides, it just looks weird. It's not an actual problem or anything
