greptweet.com not able to add new users #43

if you try to add a new user to greptweet.com, it fails at http://greptweet.com/create.cgi?id=foobar , giving an error of mkdir: cannot create directory `u/foobar': Too many links

I think this problem can be quickly solved by upgrading to ext4 from ext3.

I am not 100% sure if I can safely tune2fs my ext3 drive while having it mounted. I am now looking into moving greptweet to a DO droplet.
