Flush out `CompoundAnalyticalMeasurementMethod` enumeration #11

Enumeration is currently a stub, to be populated with many more examples. Can start with the examples in the FDC FF csv download. See lab_method.csv file. In the future this could also be flushed out to link Enum values to OBI assays/methods e.g., HPLC = OBI:0002116.
