(INT) Display settings selector resets when left sidebar is changed #31

For points mode, I worked with Jake Riley to save the previous value of the colorCriteriaPoints input and reassign it when the updateSelectInput was triggered, so that the value didn't get reset every time.

Now we're having that problem in interpolation mode. Should be able to implement a parallel fix.
