Express install not working for flash player 10.0.32.18 #614

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install flash player version 10.0.32.18(other concerned versions listed 
below)
2. try updating flash version through express-install SWF
3. Unable to update flash player version

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
One can see the setup being downloaded but the installation is not happening. 
Ideally the setup installs after the download completes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Browsers : IE , FF and Safari
Platform : TPA DEV , TPA LIVE , Fan page Dev and Fanpage LIVE
Flash Version : 9.0.277 , 10.0.22.87 , 10.0.32.18

Things are working fine with flash player version 10.0.45.2

Please provide any additional information below.
