Update to JavaInfo.dll 1.3.1 #305

Updated JavaInfo.dll (again) because Eclipse changed to a new registry subkey (again) -- now it's Eclipse Adoptium and not Eclipse Foundation. Download path:

Thanks! Hopefully the Adoptium team won't make any more changes.

BTW, I have starred your repo and therefore am getting notifications whenever a new release of JavaInfo is published. So, you don't have to create a new ticket here for that.
