[GUI] Need to resize or enlarge the `AddExtensions` windows and columns

Here is the same but for the AddExtensions dialog windows.

• What would be the minimum acceptable size (of the AddExtensions windows)? an also of the 2 columns? epending or not on the content of the table: depending on the max. length of Name or OID and the language...

The width of the dialog is now automatically calculated from the content (size of the texts). Same for the table columns.
