2 weeks ago Here I added a new translation. It's incomplete but all menu items are translated so a user can at least understand where to navigate. This should help to students who learn the cryptography.

It would be great to integrate with a some translation service like Hosted Weblate, Crowdwin or Transifex. They do provide a free license for FOSS projects. But they all badly support the Java properties files especially when there is a lot of them. I tried the Weblate myself and wasn't able to configure it. Maybe someone else know how to do that and can configure a translation project.
The free community edition of IntelliJ IDEA has a quite nice translation tool. Something web-based might be better, but I know none of these.
