Cant get Growl to show notifications #123

I cant seem to get my existing growl to pull up the notifications from the app. 
I have tryed uninstalling both, but still no luck. Im running OSX 10.6.4 and 
growl 1.2.1. 

Please help me out.

Sorry im using the bluetooth feature, and i know its transmitting it to the 
Macbook.
