Change port Android Notifier uses for network communication #167

A user reported in issue 125 of android-notifier-desktop that port 10600 is 
used by Watchguard VPN. I think we need to change the port android notifier 
uses for network communication.

Since there is not much interest in this, we'll keep port 10600 to avoid 
problems for people already using the app. The port will not be configurable 
because people can get confused if they set ports less than 1024 and the app 
doesn't work because it does not have root privileges or they set different 
ports between the android and desktop app.
