Include Option to Report SIM Card Changes #187

It would be nice if a notification of SIM card changes were included in the 
program.

This would be useful if the phone were stolen and someone was swapping out SIM 
cards.  Especially cool if it could report the new phone number/SIM ID.

I think the application you're looking for is WaveSecure - it does that a lot 
more. I don't think this should be an integral part of the notifier, although 
of course anyone can write a separate application that sends such notifications 
through the notifier.
