Cmd.exe not being executed on notification #374

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Preferences
2. in Ping tab enable Execute Commands and navigate to cmd.exe on your system 
with "Add..."
3. Send a test notification from your phone.

I sent it over bluetooth, but I think other connection types have the same 
result.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect Windows' command prompt to open. Instead I only get the tray 
notification.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MultiDroidNotifier-0.5.1-x86_64
AndroidNotifier-0.2.8.apk

Windows 7 x64

Regular application are executed fine, there just seems to be a problem with 
cmd.exe
