Ability to choose WiFi Network for Broadcasts #378

My phone connects to both my work and home wifi networks.
Broadcast of notifications on home network - welcome.
Broadcast of notifications on work network - not so welcome.

Would be nice to have a selection of "All (default)","Paired network 1", Paired 
Network 2" etc, where "Paired Network" are names from the wifi access point 
list.
