text message notifications not working #538

I can't remember if it worked before the latest update to 4.1.2 but text 
message notifications don't work on the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx. As far as I 
can tell all other notifications work, on WiFi and Bluetooth. SMS notifications 
don't work with other notification apps either.
