Bluetooth SCO automatic switch to 8kHz #351

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.turn on bluetooth and use a bluetooth headset
2.call another sipclient over voip
3.when the connection is established turn on csip's bluetooth

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Your voice will sound like you were on helium

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HTC Hero Froydvillain 1.5 Csipsimple 0.015.9

I figured out this is due to the the clock rate of the audio channel frequency 
clock settings. Bluetooth audio works fine when this setting is set to 8kHz.
Any higher setting will let you sound like on Helium when using Bluetooth audio.

Yes, indeed, bluetooth SCO only support 8kHz audio channel.
However, it's somehow complicated for me to force the frequency for BT use 
case. 

Maybe I may focus on this point to find a workaround... Well actually there is 
many things I have to do on BT remaining (automatically switch to BT, this 
problem with 8kHz that is not automatically done when switching to BT...)
