I would like to set a separated Ring Tone for SIP calls, different by the 
default ring tone of the gsm calls

Already available in dev version.

Settings > User interface > default ringtone.
However if the contact already have a custom ringtone it will use custom 
contact ringtone instead of custom sip ringtone.
