What steps will reproduce the problem?
I'd like to be able to see the source code, but am unable to do so. I have 
tried downloading it from this URL, but no luck:

http://csipsimple.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/csipsimple-read-only

I apologize as this is not an issue with the application, but would love to 
view the code.

The url is http://csipsimple.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ 

If you carefully read what is proposed by googlecode page is a svn command not 
an url.

csipsimple-read-only is just a proposition for the target directory in which 
you want to checkout.
So you can :
* Just browse online : http://code.google.com/p/csipsimple/source/browse/
* Use a svn software to checkout, url is the url above in http.
If you are using linux, which I deeply advise, it's a really good idea as 
developer to use linux, just copy paste the svn command line proposed on 
googlecode page.
* Use bazar mirror : https://code.launchpad.net/csipsimple (use bzr branch 
lp:csipsimple )
* Browse online on the mirror : 
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~r3gis-r3gis/csipsimple/trunk/files
