Prefs is corrupt after updating to 1.3.2 or above from older ver #26

Uninstall and reinstall is required to resolve this. Some pref files failed 
to convert to the new shared userID path required by the new version. This 
causes prefs to only last during the session. Restart will wipe them.

To clarify, this causes boot start to fail to check security, along with other 
issues 
such as unable to activate idle lock properly.
