Hello!

I've been using my own docker image for csgo, which works almost the same as yours, but yours support sourcemods which is awesome.

I've added kubernetes manifest and also the option to disable sourcemods if you don't want to use it

Contains some duplicate changes from your newer PR. Will merge the newer one first since it's a smaller change
