I noticed the plugin urls http://users.alliedmods.net/~kyles/builds/SteamWorks/SteamWorks-git131-linux.tar.gz and https://bitbucket.org/GoD_Tony/updater/downloads/updater.smx are no longer available. This caused manage_plugins.sh to exit early. (This is a sneaky error. It doesnt occur if you already installed the plugins)
This change skips unavailable urls and prints a warning so the poor kids can at least continue playing. Iam not sure if this warning is too silent.
