Support docker secrets for selected environment vars #52

Allows for the usage of _FILE variants of some of the environment variables to support the docker secretes feature. The following new envrionment variables are supported:

SERVER_PASSWORD_FILE
RCON_PASSWORD_FILE
STEAM_ACCOUNT_FILE
AUTHKEY_FILE
SOURCEMOD_ADMINS_FILE

Very cool feature. There's some misspelling in the README. If you want to fix those in another PR, I can merge this as-is, lmk.

Sorry for all the typos, I found another one in the commit message.... Now it should be good. And thanks for providing and maintaining this very cool docker-image. :)
