Support includes/excludes patterns for scripts #80

Currently all files within the specified script directory are processed by 
dbdeploy.  It'd be handy to be able to specify includes and excludes file 
patterns to further control which scripts are processed.

This would be particularly useful to exclude backup files produced by text 
editors, such as '*~'.
