Determine if UID is used to validate data in user area #1

It is assumed that that UID is probably used as a public key of sorts along with the data in the user area to validate a tag.

SRIX4K has anti-clone feature per davidhampgonsalves/CR14-emulator-for-CatGenie-120/issues/10. Still might be able to avoid cloning countermeasures by writing a new valid tag.
