Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Is it possible for kairos to have a ostree backend aside with the current one?

Describe the solution you'd like This card is a spike to assess the possibility for Kairos to use OSTree as backend, in parallel with the current methodology.

Describe alternatives you've considered Integrating directly with OSTree. Altought Kairos doesn't need an ostree backend, exploring it may unveil ostree migration paths or, catch some of the ostree features that we might like.
