[x] - calculate gravatar URL (MD5 hash from email needed)
[x] - insert email property in userEntry (Store + DB)
[x] - update signup submit action accordingly
[x] - update profile edit accordingly
[x] - component that takes default imageURL & gravatarURL, shows default and switch to gravatar if available
[ ] - service worker update to handle cache gracefully
