Crash on changing settings in Audio MIDI Setup #182

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Soundflower.
2. Launch Audio MIDI Setup
3. Create Aggregate Device
4. Click "Use" for any source

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is normal, as I'm able to create an aggregate device. The 
only issue is that Soundflower will crash when altering settings in Audio MIDI 
Setup, requiring a relaunch. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Soundflower v1.6.6b on Mac OS X 10.8.2
