Support multiple fonts via settings (e.g. Naskh) #37

Being able to display all the text properly is the 1st criterion.

If a font cannot achieve this despite despite efforts, then other fonts should be explored instead.

Style choices and user preferences can only be enabled or allowed for fonts passing the 1st criterion.

https://github.com/DigitalKhatt/madinafont is the best available mushaf font I feel; maybe default to that for now.
