Redraw of Graph doesn't give expected result #434

I have a view that contains 2 bar graphs that are draw so they look stacked.

When the input variables for the second graph (modelling Graph) are changed I 
call the -reloadData method and the graph redraws but I am left with a blank 
area between the bars.

It appears that the correct data is being picked up in the reload.

I am sure it is something i have done (it usually is), but any suggestions 
would be greatly appreciated.

That looks like a problem with base value calculations on the green plot, 
likely a sign reversal somewhere.

I have been through and believe that I have sort any errors that I can see, the 
result is however not as expected.

Below is the data returned when i use the reload data  method. But the bottom 
graph doesn't refresh as expected.

Which of those numbers are base values and which ones are tip values?

Thanks for your comments regarding the base values. That was where I had 
stuffed up. I knew it would be something I had done. Many thanks for your help.
